Learn about the standard for IT Service Management (ITSM) and earn an internationally recognised ITIL Foundation Certificate in 3 days.

The ITIL Foundation course is specifically designed for anyone working in IT wanting to gain knowledge in IT Service Management best practice. Our ITIL training teaches the foundations of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and helps you to understand how your organisation can benefit significantly by applying the ITIL principles to your work environment.

 

ITIL Practitioner: Enabling Critical Competencies

Knowledge of ITIL good practices alone does not guarantee the success of IT Service Management (ITSM) initiatives.

ITIL practices need to be "Adopted" and "Adapted" to the specific circumstances and requirements of the organisation. But how is that done? How do we ensure that changes to our ITSM approach will deliver real value to the business? And how can changes and improvements be sustained over time with minimum risk and the highest likelihood of success?

To answer these important questions we need to focus on:

* Organisational Change Management
* Communications
* Measurements & Metrics

Prerequisites:

There are no mandatory prerequisites to attend the ITIL Foundations course. Work experience in IT Services is recommended. You must achieve a passing mark of 65% to receive your certificate.

You must have attained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management before attendign the ITIL Practitioner course.
