Overview:
A structured approach to business process modelling within a business process management framework.Organisations continue to focus their process modelling initiatives to generate efficient and effective business processes. However, business process modelling is more than merely drawing little diagrams with many process modellers struggling to meet the purpose of process modelling.During this course, participants learn to use a structured approach to understanding the context of business process modelling through scoping, identifying, analysing, developing and documenting business processes. Particular emphasis is placed on identifying metrics to support the analysis and evaluation of business processes to ensure the alignment to business objectives. Participants will gain knowledge in business process modelling at three distinct levels using the BPMN 2.0 notation.
