Better Business Cases™ is a systematic and objective approach to
all stages of the business case development process that sits
alongside, and complements, HM Treasury's Green Book guidance.This
is an accredited APMG® course held over five days including 2 days
of foundation training followed by 3 days of practitioner training.
It includes both the foundation and practitioner exams,
refreshments, lunch and course materials. This course has been
tailored to account for the slight differences in terminology and
language used in NZ.
Please note that the NZ based modules covered are not included
in the International version of the exams provided.The course and
examinations are based on The Five Case Model, the UK Government's
best practice approach to planning spending proposals and enabling
effective business decisions, with variations mentioned above.
