Overview:
This three day course prepares delegates for the BBC® Practitioner exam. It covers the Five Case Model format: its five elements, the development process for the business case and the business case variants. It includes a discussion of relevant language differences between the New Zealand Treasury version of the Five Case Model format and the global standard, for example the use of the GST tax in New Zealand. The workshop format is a blend of reviewing the Foundation course content, practical exercises and discussions about the delegates' own organisations and the role of business cases.CC Learning's trainers are experienced programme and project managers and links will be made to the various P3M® methods and frameworks that the business case will have to work with, e.g. PRINCE2®, MSP®, MoP® and PMI®.The workshop includes the opportunity to review the APMG's official sample BBC Practitioner exam and take the official Practitioner BBC exam. Delegates must have previously obtained the BBC Foundation credential before sitting the Practitioner exam. A printed copy of the Five Case Model manual is included in the course materials.
