Overview:
Often report writing is presented as deceptively simple. Although reports have to be easy to read, this doesn’t necessarily make them easy to write. When we write a report it’s important that we write for the reader and not for ourselves or for some sterile record. Thus, our style of writing needs to be “reader friendly”, possess “one read” clarity. A good report presents facts and argument in a manner that is compelling, persuasive and easily understood.
